Following the update to  HARP Version 3.6 on 18th March some users have had issues with HARP functionality. In order to correct this you will need to clear your cache from the internet browser you are using. Instructions on how to do this can be found on Google if you type ‘how to clear cache on (name of internet browser you are using e.g. Firefox/Safari/Chrome/Edge etc.) on PC/Mac' (delete as appropriate).
